Shipping policy
We ship Monday through Friday from Los Angeles, CA unless otherwise noted on site. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped.
If you didn't receive a tracking number, please check your spam or promotions folder first, then email us at hello@flowergirl.co and we will resend it.
We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier. We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered.
