We ship Monday through Thursday from Los Angeles, CA unless otherwise noted on site. We will always do our best to get your order to you ASAP! Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship unless otherwise noted on site. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped.
Didn’t get tracking? Please check your spam or promotions folder first, then email us at hello@flowergirl.co and we will resend it.
We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier. We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered.
Due to the nature of our products and as a small business, we do not offer returns at this time.
