The First Pair Promise
Trying period underwear for the first time is a leap. We've made it risk-free.
If your first pair of Flower Girl underwear isn't right — wrong size, wrong style, just not for you — tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a free size or style exchange, or store credit for the full amount. Your choice.
How it works:
- Email hello@flowergirl.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- Tell us what didn't work — size, style, or fit. (This genuinely helps us; we read every one.)
- We'll send your exchange or issue your credit within a few business days. No need to send anything back.
The fine print, in plain English:
- Applies to your first order with us, on one pair (if you ordered a multi-pack or bundle, the Promise covers the value of one pair from it).
- One exchange or credit per customer.
- Exchanges ship free within the U.S.
- For hygiene reasons we can't restock worn underwear — so keep the pair, gift it, or recycle it.
- Store credit never expires.
