After each use, we recommend rinsing your underwear in cold water until the water runs clear. You can wash your period underwear in the washing machine on a cold delicate cycle. Do not use bleach or fabric softener, as these can damage the fabric. We recommend you to hang your period underwear to dry, or tumble dry on a low heat setting.
