Crafted from sustainably sourced TENCEL™, an eco-friendly fabric derived from trees, providing a gentle and breathable fit. The gusset is composed entirely of eco-friendly materials, rigorously tested to be free from PFOS, PFOA, lead, dioxins, heavy metals, BPA, and phthalates. Certified by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, it meets the highest safety standards.
The top layer of the gusset, closest to your skin, is a breathable, soft, and high-wicking fabric, delivering a cool, dry, and fresh feel. Beneath this, the highly absorbent core layer, powered by SILVADUR™ Antimicrobial Technology, quickly soaks up moisture—20 times faster than bamboo, cotton, or hemp. This keeps you fresh and protects the fabric’s longevity, maintaining a microbial reduction rate above 99%.
The gusset’s bottom layer is a standout for durability and environmental responsibility. Made from eco-friendly materials, it is tested to withstand 300+ washes, remaining super-soft, breathable, and flexible. A specialized manufacturing process permanently bonds a TPU film to this layer without toxic solvents, resulting in zero harmful waste or VOC emissions. Manufactured in American textile mills without harmful chemicals, this fabric is even effective in preventing dust mites.
